Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and support maintenance and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS).
  • •Maintain and manage organizational certification and accreditation, including ISO 9001, to support compliance and audit readiness.
  • •Plan, conduct, and support internal, external, and supplier audits, including preparation, reporting, and follow-up.
  • •Manage system-level non-conformances from investigation and root cause analysis through corrective actions and closure.
  • •Provide operational contract quality support by reviewing and interpreting quality clauses for implementation.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 7 years of Quality experience within a military, regulated, or industrial environment.
  • •Understanding of RSAF/Military/BAESSA/BAESAI governance frameworks and Quality Management Systems.
  • •Knowledge of internationally recognized standards and regulatory frameworks (e.g., ISO, aviation, training authorities).
  • •Experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and operational quality support activities.
  • •Ability to live and work within KSA and communicate effectively with RSAF/civilian personnel at all levels.
