Key Responsibilities

  • •Validate European e-commerce orders so they can be prepared for shipment within pre-established deadlines.
  • •Detect needed corrections or customer-specific requests, verify payment information, and identify non-compliant purchasing behavior.
  • •Handle transport/logistics and information-system incidents with partners, including documentation for dangerous goods and resolution of claims (loss, theft, incomplete delivery).
  • •Perform manual payment operations (debits and refunds), monitor unpaid items and blocked credits.
  • •Supervise stock by correcting stock movements/variances, tracking web-to-shop non-pickups and stock reservations, and following Cegid integration for H.com replenishments.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in customer service or sales administration, ideally in a high-end environment.
  • •Fluent English and comfort working in international environments.
  • •Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with a federating mindset.
  • •Excellent organization, rigor, polyvalence, and reliability.
  • •Comfort with IT tools; knowledge of Magento and Cegid is a plus.
