Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct daily on-site construction activities within Singapore industrial zones, including traffic flow, crane positioning, and structural steel and precast storage.
  • •Supervise structural sequencing and milestone delivery across deep foundation, ERSS, mass concrete pours for transformer yards, and precast concrete installation.
  • •Lead coordination meetings to manage handovers between civil workers and MEP teams, ensuring clear paths for utilities, cable trays, and large piping networks.
  • •Enforce strict workplace safety and health requirements aligned with Singapore’s MOM regulations for high-risk tasks.
  • •Conduct regular site walks for QA/QC inspections, mock-up inspections, corrective actions for NCRs, and coordinate inspections with Registered Inspectors and Qualified Persons.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of site construction management experience, including at least 3+ years managing data centre new builds or high-tech facilities in Singapore.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Building, or Construction Management.
  • •Valid Building Construction Supervisors Safety (BCSS) or Construction Safety Course for Project Managers (CSOC) certification is required.
  • •Deep knowledge of deep-piling techniques and concrete/structural work including precast and cast-in-situ structures, structural steel erection, and heavy lifting operations.
  • •Expert sequencing knowledge to track structural progress, weather-tightness, and create clean conditions for MEP equipment areas.
