Job Summary

Work with the Live Platform Intelligence team to use data- and model-driven approaches to improve LIVE revenue and creator engagement. Build models to automate LIVE operations, detect user behavior issues and business anomalies, and ensure reliable platform performance. Support product strategy with deep analysis of usage and behavior, and design indicator systems to monitor growth and risks and measure the impact of platform strategies.

•Drive understanding of product usage and user behavior in the LIVE ecosystem.
•Support strategic planning and execution for long-term business plans through in-depth analysis.
•Design and establish indicator systems for platform growth and risks, monitor coverage, and measure strategy performance to support decision-making.
•Build models for automated and intelligent LIVE operations to improve TT Live supply end efficiency and effectiveness.
•Discover and handle inappropriate user behavior and business anomalies to ensure steady, persistent running of TT Live business.

Key Requirements

•Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
•Working-level competency in one or more programming languages, including SQL and Python.
•Understanding of ML models and how they can be leveraged to act upon content and safety risks.
•Collaborative, data-driven mindset with strong communication and ownership.
•Previous work experience in quantitative analysis is a plus.
