Key Requirements

  • •Hands-on experience establishing testing strategy and defining quality metrics for products deployed in both SaaS and customer-managed environments.
  • •Thorough understanding of the SDLC and the changes required for agentic development.
  • •Strong understanding of test architecture, automation, CI/CD, observability, release management, and root-cause analysis.
  • •Experience with AI-developed tests and workflows.
  • •BS CS/EE (or equivalent practical experience) plus 10+ years of industry experience, including 4+ years in a technical leadership role.
