Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan, direct, control, and manage all rides and attractions maintenance and operations, including shutdowns, overhauls, and annual maintenance.
  • •Oversee preventive maintenance planning and execution, including ride checks, repairs, and cost/metric achievement while ensuring guest and team safety.
  • •Utilize CMMS (MAXIMO) to improve maintenance practices, manage asset management and inventory processes, and provide operational inputs to improve procedures.
  • •Participate in ride/attraction design reviews and ensure installation and turnover acceptance align with contract requirements, specifications, and drawings.
  • •Conduct performance reviews and disciplinary actions, manage recruitment, and coordinate internal/external colleague training and certifications.

Key Requirements

  • •Electrical or Mechanical Engineering background.
  • •AFO or equivalent certification for the departmental role (YWW position).
  • •Minimum 7 years of experience in maintenance and the theme park amusement ride industry.
  • •Computerized Maintenance Management System experience such as MAXIMO or similar software.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
