Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with senior team members to prepare and send RFPs to insurance carriers and track spreadsheet results.
  • •Review contracts, benefit plan summaries, and carrier source documents for accuracy under direction.
  • •Create and maintain client files; respond to client and carrier questions such as ID card requests, claims, and billing.
  • •Help develop ongoing client and carrier relationships; assist with reviewing and analyzing RFPs and insurance plan analyses.
  • •Assist with compliance tasks (including annual compliance audits), filings such as form 5500, and support initiatives like open enrollment and non-discrimination testing.

Key Requirements

  • •Associates degree (or equivalent), with BA/BS preferred.
