Key Responsibilities

•Lead the day-to-day management of a portfolio of complex trust and corporate structures for Family Office clients, supported by junior team members.
•Oversee and guide junior Trust Relationship Managers on succession-planning structures for Global Private Banking clients.
•Grow profitability and deepen client relationships to capture new opportunities for TFS globally.
•Ensure relationships are managed within HSBC’s risk management framework and in line with relevant laws and regulations.
•Provide technical guidance, mitigate structure-specific risks via internal stakeholders and third-party tax/legal advisors, and support team delivery and talent development.

Key Requirements

•Knowledge of trust and company administration at a supervisory level.
•Ideally hold “Table 4” qualification and STEP Diploma (or other relevant qualification) for trust and company administration.

•Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills for effective outcomes at all senior levels.
•Tax knowledge advantageous, with the ability to manage projects and resolve technical issues with accuracy under pressure.
