Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and execute TikTok’s Global Privacy Operations by handling privacy-related queries from users in the EMEA region.
  • •Partner closely with the Legal team to resolve complex privacy questions and escalations.
  • •Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve high-priority or escalated user privacy concerns.
  • •Participate in and/or lead projects to improve privacy operational processes and tooling for scalability.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally to solve complex privacy challenges and ensure seamless fulfillment of user rights.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of experience in a privacy and/or compliance operations environment (e.g., Privacy Ops support or Digital-Rights Ops).
  • •Strong knowledge of privacy and data protection for digital platforms, including a solid understanding of GDPR.
  • •Ability to proactively identify opportunities to enhance the DSR process at scale.
  • •Experience working in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
  • •Great verbal and written communication skills and operating with integrity.
