Job Summary

Deliver AASC (Asylum Accommodation and Support Services) contract services in your area by maintaining housing/property standards, completing monthly inspections, and supporting service users through welfare checks, inductions, and incident management. Handle requests and complaints via AIRE Services, complete first-fix/minor repairs, manage access for suppliers and visitors, and ensure building safety and compliance through daily patrols, CCTV monitoring, fire alarm testing, and emergency response.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver core service user support services under the AASC contract within your area.
•Maintain property standards by completing monthly property inspections and further inspections (e.g., pre-dispersal) to meet contractual, standards, and performance targets.
•Provide welfare support and signposting, including inductions for new service users and welfare checks to ensure safeguarding needs are met.
•Respond to issues, requests, complaints, and incidents raised through AIRE Services, and report accurately and timely to support contractual timescales.
•Complete first fix and minor repairs where identified and tasked, manage access for suppliers/visitors, and support day-to-day IA operations (e.g., daily registers, post, reception duties).
