Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee all programs at the place of work (or coordinate with others in larger facilities), ensuring operations run effectively.
  • •Develop and implement operational policies, and execute them in line with company objectives and local rules and regulations.
  • •Lead long- and short-term strategic planning and budget development to support business goals.
  • •Oversee contractors’ operational phases and schedules, and negotiate/prepare contracts with cost estimation.
  • •Lead risk management and legal activities (letters of agreement, contracts, leases, and related documents) and support HSE initiatives including incident reporting and resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years of working experience, including 5 years in a relevant supervisory position.
  • •Strong planning, scheduling, and construction project oversight skills to deliver on time and efficiently.
  • •In-depth understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes for quality and compliance.
  • •Ability to manage budgets, control costs, and analyze financial performance.
  • •ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills, is required.
