Key Responsibilities

•Drive end-to-end test campaigns from HITL integration through field validation, covering software, hardware, and network traffic across configurable nodes.
•Define test strategies and develop requirements-based, scenario-driven test methods aligned to stringent DoD standards.
•Oversee Test Readiness Reviews (TRRs), manage test incidents, and track deficiencies with internal teams and external agencies.
•Analyze lab and field performance data and deliver actionable insights and formal test reports to drive improvements.
•Represent the team in readiness boards and milestone decision points to ensure safe and effective test execution.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 146,000 - 194,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Systems, Electrical, or Computer Engineering (or related); advanced degree preferred.
•8+ years in system-level test and evaluation of integrated hardware/software systems.
•3+ years in a technical leadership or test lead capacity.
•Strong experience with requirements development, test planning, verification/validation, and traceability management.
•Active or immediately eligible for a U.S. Secret security clearance.
