Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide transportation for personnel (hotel/airport pickups and drop-offs) using personal or company-provided vehicles
  • •Run errands such as department meals, laundry, grocery shopping, package delivery, equipment rentals, and coffee runs
  • •Coordinate large take-out orders and shopping lists from local restaurants and grocery stores, then purchase, retrieve, and distribute to touring personnel
  • •Assist production staff with general production-related duties and local area information
  • •Maintain cash and receipts for expense reimbursement/reconciliation and perform light administrative tasks like copies and posting signs

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 16 - 20 hourly
