Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor – Data Center Construction (Anticipated Opening)

Serve as a senior, client-facing cost management lead for a major data center development in Columbia County, Pennsylvania. Own estimating and cost planning across design milestones and construction, including change orders, cost control, valuations, auditing, and monthly client reporting. Coordinate cost data from suppliers, subcontractors, and design teams, support value engineering and funding presentations, and contribute SOX-aligned controls as needed while mentoring team members.
