Job Summary

Own the end-to-end strategy and execution of a global onboarding program, designing the vision, roadmap, and success metrics as the company scales across regions and functions. Build first-in-class onboarding experiences by benchmarking externally, creating resources and milestones, and embedding the organization’s EVP and values. Facilitate weekly orientations, partner with Recruiting, People Operations, IT, and business leaders, and triage onboarding issues in real time to improve new-hire weeks.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the end-to-end strategy for the global onboarding program, including vision, roadmap, and success metrics.
•Design onboarding as a first-in-class program by benchmarking externally and building resources, milestones, and touchpoints.
•Embed company values and the Employer Value Proposition into onboarding and extend this across the employee lifecycle.
•Develop and facilitate weekly company-wide orientation for new hire cohorts at HQs.
•Partner with People Operations, IT, and enablement teams to ensure systems and touchpoints are ready before a new hire’s first day; triage onboarding issues in real time.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 170,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in a People or HR-related role.
•Demonstrated experience building or substantially revising a first-in-class onboarding (or comparable people) program, including strategic design and operational rollout.
•Track record designing programs that connect to and reinforce an organization’s Employer Value Proposition and culture.
•Success managing enterprise-level programs and projects, ideally across multiple regions or business units.
•Detail-oriented, data-driven mindset with strong presentation and communication skills.
