Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center safely while meeting production and quality goals.
  • •Oversee day-to-day activities of the assigned team by identifying strengths/weaknesses and areas for improvement.
  • •Engage and develop team members through coaching, feedback, development, and performance management.
  • •Review and approve mechanical and physical defects of incoming inventory and lead decisions to repair or reject inventory.
  • •Train production associates using Quality Control standards to ensure effective first-time repairs and reduce re-checks and production delays.
