Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and maintain the department’s quality standards aligned with global best practices and organizational goals.
  • •Act as a key technical expert during contract negotiations, defining Quality Assurance Agreements (QAA), warranty terms, and enforceable penalty frameworks for non-compliance.
  • •Lead the end-to-end supplier qualification process (AVL), conducting on-site and remote technical audits to evaluate manufacturing capabilities and risk profiles.
  • •Drive supplier excellence through Scorecard evaluations and the SCAR (Supplier Corrective Action Report) process, ensuring root-cause elimination via 8D or similar methodologies.
  • •Design and execute the development strategy for the IQC and SQ divisions, fostering a high-performance culture through continuous training and mentorship.
