Key Responsibilities

  • •Clinically code and audit pricelists/drug lists/service lists to comply with regulated and standardized clinical coding guidelines for the market and Nextcare.
  • •Provide medical coding expertise to train new employees and teams across business units and offices in current and newly established network countries.
  • •Develop and maintain medical coding and audit processes, including coding user guides and training materials customized to market and Nextcare guidelines.
  • •Prepare progress reports, analytic reports, and presentations for internal audiences and external clients as needed.
  • •Contribute to improvement projects, committees/meetings, and ensure relevant medical-coding-related procedures and policies are followed.

Key Requirements

  • •In-depth knowledge of medical coding guidelines and practices across CPT, AACHI, HCPCS, ICD9/ICD10, plus dental and pharmacy code sets.
  • •Good understanding of health insurance operations.
  • •Knowledge of regulations, industry practices, and the ability to analyze data and trends.
  • •Strong initiative to work independently while maintaining focus under pressure.
  • •Fluent English and professionalism handling confidential information with excellent communication skills.
