Key Responsibilities

  • •Review export orders for BIS Military End Use (MEU) rule restrictions and work with the Corporate Export Control team for review and approval.
  • •Conduct MEU due diligence and perform screening/due diligence of customers and transactions to identify and control sanctions and export compliance risks.
  • •Support cross-functional teams with reviews of potential customers/suppliers for projects, shipments, and intercompany transactions to meet sanctions and export compliance requirements.
  • •Escalate alerts that may raise sanctions risks and potential authorization and reporting requirements.
  • •Develop and implement trade compliance policies and procedures; manage import/export documentation and conduct internal audits with corrective actions.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of experience in trade compliance, preferably in a multinational company.
  • •Strong knowledge of import/export regulations, including customs laws, export controls, and sanctions.
  • •Understanding of export regulations, including ITAR, EAR and OFAC.
  • •Experience managing trade compliance programs, including classification, licensing, and compliance audits.
  • •SAP and/or SharePoint experience.
