Job Function: Program & Project Management (PMO)

Key Responsibilities

•End-to-end contract management, from negotiation and drafting through to closure
•Ensure legal, regulatory, and internal policy compliance for all contracts
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers for optimal contract administration
•Identify risks and develop mitigation plans throughout the contract lifecycle
•Oversee contractual performance, purchase orders, and payment processes

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Management (or equivalent), with a minimum of 5 years' experience in supplier management
•At least 15 years of overall experience, including a minimum of 6 years in offer and/or project management (PMO/PM) and knowledge of the full program lifecycle
•Certified Project Management professional (IPMA, PMP, or equivalent)
•Strong experience in contract negotiation and supplier relationship management
•Solid understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks
