Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chains to deliver compliant projects.
  • •Analyze, track, and manage critical milestones to avoid schedule slips, and ensure project governance processes and systems are used.
  • •Produce formal project status reports, monitor multiple projects, and manage interfaces between suppliers via trackers and weekly reviews.
  • •Forecast and update key project milestones and budget, and monitor the progress of local design teams per commission criteria.
  • •Provide technical support to owners, architects, general contractors, and regional stakeholders, including rapid RFIs response and guidance on cost control, value engineering, and constructability.
