Measure performance through SEO KPIs and dashboards, run technical SEO audits (indexing, crawlability, Core Web Vitals), and adapt to algorithm updates and competitor benchmarks to continuously improve outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Plan, execute, and optimize SEO initiatives to drive organic traffic, rankings, and conversions.
•Conduct keyword research and search intent analysis to identify high-impact growth opportunities.
•Optimize on-page elements such as metadata, headings, internal linking, and content structure.
•Collaborate with content teams to create and optimize SEO-driven content that ranks and converts.
•Monitor SEO KPIs, perform technical SEO audits, and resolve indexing/crawlability/page speed issues; track algorithm updates and adjust strategies accordingly.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
•Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or in a similar SEO-focused role.
•Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices.
•Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, or SEMrush.
•Familiarity with technical SEO concepts like indexing, crawling, site architecture, and page speed.
