Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in the planning process, coordinate projects with administrators, and supervise assigned project personnel.
  • •Conduct training requirement analyses and develop/recommend alternative training strategies.
  • •Develop training planning data, resource requirements, follow-on training recommendations, and instructional delivery system functional characteristics requirements.
  • •Create testing instruments and testing plans to measure learning outcomes during formative and summative evaluations.
  • •Guide, review, and approve the sequence of learning experiences and support evaluations to improve instruction.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 65,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree with 2–5 years of experience (or commensurate experience).
  • •Secret clearance required.
  • •Experience with all phases of instructional system development (planning, coordination, implementation, revision, presentation, and maintenance).
  • •Ability to conduct analyses to identify and validate training requirements and document results.
  • •Experience developing and recommending training strategies for decision-makers.
