Job Summary

Support technical training delivery as a junior instructor, shadowing and co-teaching courses while gradually taking on more facilitation responsibility. Help assess learner training needs, collect and consolidate post-session feedback to improve content, and build trusted relationships with learners and stakeholders. Build product and technical knowledge across BeyondTrust offerings using KB articles, Teams chats, technical documentation, and delivery platforms like Zoom, Teams, and LMS, with coaching from senior instructors.

Key Responsibilities

•Shadow and co-teach courses with senior instructors, progressively taking on greater delivery responsibility.
•Support training delivery to customers, partners, and employees under the guidance of senior instructors.
•Assist in assessing individual and group training needs for assigned courses.
•Gather and consolidate post-session feedback to support continuous improvement of training content and delivery.
•Build knowledge of BeyondTrust product lines and technical concepts using KB articles, Teams chats, technical documentation, and instructional tools.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or international equivalent, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
•0–2 years of professional experience, including internships, co-op placements, academic teaching roles, or applicable project experience.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with comfort presenting or facilitating in front of groups.
•Willingness and ability to learn technical concepts and enablement tools at pace.
•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
