Key Responsibilities

•Execute and lead complex mechanical interventions on critical equipment.
•Perform technical analysis of recurring failures and propose corrective improvements.
•Provide technical mentorship to junior mechanics or helpers.
•Validate the technical quality of work before releasing the equipment.
•Participate in predictive inspections and condition-based maintenance plans while coordinating with planning and ensuring safety and quality compliance.

Key Requirements

•Technical Superior or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Mechanics, Electromechanics, or related field.
•Minimum 5 years of mechanical maintenance experience in mining, process plants, or heavy industry.
•Proven experience diagnosing and repairing critical equipment such as mills, crushers, high-capacity pumps, and transportation systems.
•Hands-on experience with high-demand rotating equipment and industrial hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
•Knowledge of root-cause analysis (RCA), reliability, precision alignment/balancing, interpreting mechanical drawings, and industrial safety standards including LOTO.
