Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and manage all bookkeeping and financial operations for the company, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations
  • •Supervise and mentor an accounting assistant, providing guidance, task delegation, and performance oversight
  • •Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts on a regular basis
  • •Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing
  • •Oversee month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliations and journal entries

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional certification preferred
  • •Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive accounting or finance experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role
  • •Strong knowledge of Spanish accounting standards, tax regulations, and compliance requirements
  • •Experience with international financial operations and multi-currency accounting
  • •Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Xero, or similar platforms) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
