Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide a strong client experience by being present with clients and teammates and recognizing the impact of interactions.
  • •Listen for financial wellness opportunities during in-person and phone conversations and deliver effective, customized recommendations.
  • •Open and manage consumer and small business accounts and related deposit and lending products.
  • •Develop partnerships with branch teammates and line of business partners to drive client acquisition and deepen existing relationships.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, including appropriate documentation of client interactions.

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED (or equivalent business experience), preferred bachelor’s degree.
  • •1+ year experience developing customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources (sales is more important than financial services experience).
  • •Understanding of consumer credit, including loan-to-value, debt-to-income, and credit reports.
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • •Working knowledge of digital technology (mobile, apps, and web-based browsing) and ability to educate clients on digital platforms and capabilities.
