Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor end-to-end (E2E) flow performance of a specific repair program.
  • •Analyze performance, maintain an action-plan drumbeat, manage stakeholders within MRO communities, escalate deviations, and report.
  • •Drive priority topics to ensure on-time delivery and optimal turnaround times (TAT).
  • •Anticipate future bottlenecks by maintaining and tracking a list of critical items.
  • •Act as the focal point for priorities with Front Office/RBH/Pool and request arbitrations/decisions at PSO level; provide analysis on PIL positions, OTR, and backorders.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Several years of professional experience in an international company, ideally in Logistics, IT, Manufacturing, and/or Quality.
  • •Proven experience in project management and stakeholder management.
  • •High commitment and personal drive in problem-solving, including conflict management skills in an international environment.
  • •Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and SAP (EC2); strong command of English and German.
