Department Manager - Irrigation - Bilingual Preferred (English/Spanish)

Lead the branch’s Irrigation department as the in-house expert, partnering with customers to meet department needs and deliver excellence. Assist the Branch Manager with sales and operations planning, demand forecasting, and integrating supply and demand. Drive an incident-free, safety-first culture, manage inventory and customer mix, and train agronomic staff to support departmental sales goals. Implement new technologies with branch leadership to improve business performance.
