Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and support planning, design, construction, and commissioning of mechanical systems for U.S. Greenfield FAB projects.
  • •Develop and review mechanical engineering designs, specifications, standards, and procedures for HVAC, exhaust and abatement, vacuum systems, process chilled water, natural gas, and central utility systems.
  • •Collaborate with global, regional, and site partners across Facilities, Manufacturing, Construction, Procurement, IT, Operations, and external partners to meet project objectives.
  • •Provide technical guidance for design reviews, construction activities, change management, and compliance with applicable codes, standards, and regulations.
  • •Support capacity planning, infrastructure assessments, scenario modeling, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance performance, reliability, energy efficiency, sustainability, and total cost of ownership.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Facilities Engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • •7+ years in facilities engineering, design, construction, operations, or maintenance within semiconductor manufacturing or other complex high-tech industrial environments.
  • •Strong technical knowledge of industrial mechanical systems including HVAC, exhaust and abatement, vacuum systems, process cooling, and central utilities.
  • •Ability to lead multi-functional projects, manage multiple priorities, and communicate effectively with technical and business partners.
