Key Responsibilities

  • •Recruit, place, and manage in-office phlebotomists (IOP) and PSC-based phlebotomists nationwide.
  • •Support new Patient Service Center (PSC) setup, including site identification, staffing, and launch readiness.
  • •Own scheduling for IOP and PSC phlebotomists to ensure consistent coverage and minimal service gaps.
  • •Manage end-to-end onboarding for new phlebotomists, including credentialing, training coordination, and compliance documentation.
  • •Manage phlebotomy inventory and serve as the operational point of contact for Sales on phlebotomy coverage and site status.

Key Requirements
