Key Responsibilities

  • •Understand the market by engaging with customers, uncover unmet needs, analyze trends, track competitors, and serve as the internal voice of the customer.
  • •Own product strategy: define roadmaps, conduct market research, build business cases, and collaborate across teams to drive business impact.
  • •Build amazing things: partner with R&D to manage the product lifecycle from concept through beta testing to commercial launch.
  • •Drive growth: advance strategies to generate revenue from existing services.
  • •Make our value clear: work with Product Marketing to develop go-to-market plans, campaigns, and sales enablement tools that build awareness, generate leads, and empower the Sales team.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 170,000 - 190,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of experience launching products or services that deliver clear customer value, including managing the full workflow from sample preparation through data analysis.
  • •Advanced degree in molecular biology, genetics, or related field (PhD preferred)
  • •Deep knowledge of modern cloning techniques including Gibson assembly, Golden Gate and Gateway cloning, and gene synthesis approaches.
  • •Experience with molecular biology techniques (plasmid/primer design, PCR, transformation, nucleic acid extraction) and analysis tools (SnapGene, Benchling, ApE, Geneious).
  • •Proven ability to drive revenue from established products through pricing, positioning, and promotional strategies
