Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage receipt, storage, and release of tools, equipment, and spare parts for aircraft maintenance.
  • •Control and verify maintenance work package documentation and distribute tasks through action boards and control docks.
  • •Monitor maintenance work progress and report delays/deviations to the supervisor; implement corrective measures.
  • •Raise and track non-routine maintenance cards and handle deferred defects entries in AMOS, including compiling debrief reports.
  • •Coordinate with Technical Procurement and maintenance teams on materials/tools shortages and AOG ad-hoc requirements, and forward completed work packages/records after aircraft departure.

Key Requirements

  • •High school/diploma/certificate in a related field is acceptable; bachelor degree preferred.
  • •1–2 years of related airline stores/inventory work in a similar capacity; experience with low-cost airlines is a plus.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • •Valid driving license for the assigned location.
  • •Knowledge of civil aviation rules for acceptance, storage, and issuance of aircraft maintenance tools/equipment; familiarity with quality assurance and audits is required; IATA Dangerous Goods training is an advantage.
