Lead and optimize RTL-to-PNR synthesis flows for high-speed networking silicon, collaborating with Front-End and P&R teams. Develop scalable Tcl/Python tooling, drive AI/ML automation in production runs, and provide expert synthesis support and training across multiple tool flows.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and refine sophisticated Synthesis flows to meet Power, Performance, and Area objectives (PPA).
•Collaborate with upstream Front-End Design and downstream Place & Route teams to define boundaries and bridge execution gaps.
•Develop robust scripts in Tcl/Python to improve Flow Turnaround Time and incorporate AI/ML automation into production runs.
•Act as a subject matter expert, provide proactive support, perform deep-dive debugging of tool failures, and deliver formal synthesis training to teams.
•Serve as a trusted representative for adjacent projects and help grow the synthesis capability across the organization.

Key Requirements

•3+ years hands-on experience in VLSI synthesis flows with deep expertise in Synopsys Fusion Compiler or DC-Top/DC-Ultra
•Strong proficiency in Tcl or Python scripting within a production CAD/EDA environment
•Academic background in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field (B.Sc./M.Sc.) or equivalent practical experience
•Demonstrated ownership mindset and ability to autonomously drive tasks to completion
•Familiarity with synthesis/Place & Route/ STA tools from Synopsys (DC/FC/PT) and Cadence Genus/Innovus/Tempus is a plus
