Key Responsibilities

•Provide contractual guidance to cross-functional partners to meet customer obligations, achieve company goals, and comply with company policies.
•Professionally represent Raytheon on contractual transactions and work closely with customers to develop and maintain business relationships.
•Support the analysis of Requests for Proposal (RFP), development and negotiation of proposals, contractual agreements, and general contract administration.
•Effectively manage contractual scope and terms and conditions to ensure the contract is followed compliantly.
•Identify, mitigate, and resolve contractual issues as they may arise.

Salary: USD 86,800 - 165,200 annually

Key Requirements

•University degree with 3-5 years of contracts management or related USG contracts experience
•Experience in contracts management or closely related fields such as program management, business management, subcontracts or supply chain supporting USG contracts
•Active, transferrable DoD security clearance
•Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) requirements and negotiations
•Experience structuring, negotiating, and executing performance-based payments and familiarity with IP/licensing or teaming agreements
