Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with NPI Operations and business unit leadership to support commercialization strategy and execution.
  • •Provide financial oversight for NPI, pilot manufacturing, and product transition activities, including ROI analysis and investment recommendations.
  • •Lead product cost analysis and early cost modeling to achieve target MCOS and gross margin objectives, driving cost reduction opportunities.
  • •Support manufacturing readiness reviews and transition-to-HVM processes, establishing KPIs and tracking cycle time, labor efficiency, inventory, quality, and cost metrics.
  • •Lead planning, forecasting, and long-range planning for NPI and pilot manufacturing, and deliver executive-level financial presentations and scenario modeling.
