Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of critical Salesforce data and investigate data-quality issues through recurring data maintenance.
  • •Perform clean-up, deduplication, and stewardship activities across key Salesforce data domains such as Accounts, Contacts, Assets, and Products.
  • •Create and maintain business, master, and reference data and manage governed mass data updates, including preparation, validation, and mappings.
  • •Identify recurring data issues, support root-cause analysis, and help implement sustainable controls, processes, and governance standards.
  • •Gather and clarify data-related requirements with Salesforce administrators, IT teams, business data owners, and stakeholders; support data mappings, migration validation, functional testing, and post-deployment checks.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Data Management, Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •3+ years of experience in Salesforce data management, CRM data quality, master data, data stewardship, or a related area, including hands-on data cleansing, deduplication, validation, and mass updates.
  • •Experience maintaining business/master/reference data across connected systems and supporting data migration, integration, testing, or transformation initiatives.
  • •Strong understanding of Salesforce objects, relationships, and data-management capabilities, plus data quality principles, ownership, stewardship, and governance controls.
  • •Salesforce certifications preferred/advantageous: Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator; Salesforce Certified Business Analyst or Platform App Builder (advantageous).
