Job Summary

We’re seeking a hands-on MTs leader to drive AI/ML research and production; you will design and deliver projects across multiple teams, mentor senior engineers, and contribute to architectures for LLM training, pipeline-parallelism, and scalable inference. You’ll work closely with leadership to define technical vision, and tackle problems in machine learning, data science, recommendations, and information retrieval.

Key Responsibilities

•Plan and deliver projects that impact multiple organizations, defining the vision and strategy for the organization.
•Provide mentorship and guidance to senior technical leaders and managers.
•Perform hands-on design and implementation tasks, conducting cutting-edge research in AI and deep learning.
•Collaborate with leaders across the company on projects in machine learning, applied data science, recommendation systems, and information retrieval.
•Lead efforts in resource management, automation, and orchestration for large-scale ML infrastructure.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 324,000 - 396,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Information Technology, or related field plus 5 years of progressive AI/ML research or development experience; or Master’s degree plus 3 years of experience in AI/ML research or development.
•3 years of experience Developing and applying AI models, including large language models, neural networks, or reinforcement learning.
•Experience in Python and other languages (C++, Java) using ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
•Assessing system performance and designing scalable, efficient solutions for inference and model deployment.
•Building and maintaining robust, high-availability infrastructure for AI/ML services; collaborating to define technical vision and deliver impactful projects.
