Key Responsibilities

  • •Maximize profitability and growth of HDPE, LLDPE, LDPE, PP, Wire & Cable, and Catalloy by optimizing polymer reactor asset utilization across 25+ reactors.
  • •Determine economic asset balancing and rationalization decisions by comparing reactor capabilities to product profitability.
  • •Work with Manufacturing and S&OP to review product mix, product quality, and run rates to optimize reactor product wheels.
  • •Allocate capacity among products/applications, maintain asset loading plans, set inventory targets, and support short-term issue resolution impacting profitability.
  • •Coordinate product and raw material trials across Business, R&D, Procurement, and Manufacturing, and serve as business focal point for manufacturing VEP initiatives aligned to strategy.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree required; Engineering or Technical preferred.
  • •Minimum 15 years of professional experience, with polymer manufacturing and/or commercial experience preferred.
  • •Computer literacy including MS Office, SAP, Power BI, and Business Warehouse.
  • •Good knowledge of the Polyolefins industry and business.
  • •Demonstrated leadership of cross-functional teams and capability to lead projects from problem analysis through execution.
