Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, and scale Healthie’s data warehouse and analytics platform for enterprise customers.
  • •Build and maintain the isolation model, warehouse pipelines, and provisioning infrastructure.
  • •Enforce hard database-layer guarantees so customers can only access their own data while enabling ad-hoc querying.
  • •Partner with engineering, support, and customer success to automate and harden data systems for quality, scalability, and compliance.
  • •Collaborate across teams to turn reporting needs into reliable models, dashboards, and reusable automated tools.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 185,000 - 215,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of engineering experience across data and infrastructure.
  • •Proficiency in SQL and relational databases, ideally PostgreSQL and Snowflake.
  • •Experience implementing database-level access control in a warehouse (e.g., row/column security, RBAC) and reasoning about query access paths.
  • •Operational experience with production data pipelines, including diagnosing CDC failures, schema drift, and bad upstream values.
  • •Comfort with IaC (Terraform or similar) and automating provisioning and tooling using scripting (Ruby and SQL).
