Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage insurance loss accounting and investigative accounting assignments from start to finish (subject to final partner review).
  • •Identify relevant information, key issues, and perform comprehensive analysis to fully assess insurance losses.
  • •Apply civil procedure rules, court processes, and professional standards throughout litigation accounting work.
  • •Train and mentor junior staff and support skill development through ongoing learning programs.
  • •Maintain a client base that supports at least 2 to 3 billable professional staff.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive knowledge and application of insurance loss accounting principles and loss/damage quantification methods.
  • •Developed investigative accounting skills to assess losses of varying size and complexity, including identifying relevant information and key issues.
  • •Working knowledge of relevant rules of civil procedure and professional standards/code of ethics for insurance and litigation accounting.
  • •Ability to manage complete and accurate analysis to fully assess relevant issues and communicate results to clients.
  • •Hold an accounting designation such as CPA, CA, CMA, ACA, ACMA, or ACCA.
