Key Responsibilities

  • •With Service Owners, define financial engineering enabling fair and transparent refactoring of all IS/IT costs across the Group (updating and building UOs).
  • •Propose scenarios to evolve the funding matrix in line with Finance Direction rules.
  • •Drive 100% variable billing for IS/IT services and act as the single point of contact for global cost refactoring topics.
  • •Track UO consumption based on the MYB, define revenue forecast, and communicate it.
  • •Set up tooling to monitor revenue evolution, maintain the cost-to-revenue mapping throughout the year, and train stakeholders on the Cost & Value Tool.

Key Requirements

  • •BAC+5 (engineering or equivalent) education.
  • •At least 15 years of experience in a large international group, within an IT/IS function, with sensitivity to economic tracking for projects and RUN.
  • •Strong rigor and analytical mindset.
  • •Ability to work collaboratively and communicate with a patient, considerate, and attentive style.
  • •Proven skills with SAP, Pack Office (Excel and VBA), and PowerBI; fluent English.
