Lead IS/IT billing and economic performance by defining the financial engineering used to refactor IS/IT costs across the Group, ensuring a fair and transparent model. Propose and evolve the funding matrix, drive variable service billing, manage UO consumption tracking, and own revenue forecasting and reporting access. Build the tooling to monitor revenue evolution and align cost-to-revenue mapping throughout the year, partnering with Service Owners and Finance.
