  • •Develop and own the site’s 5-year Manufacturing Excellence Master Plan, aligning site goals with regional/global strategies.
  • •Lead and mentor a team of specialized managers (RPS, VSU, Digitalization) to ensure high performance and synergy.
  • •Join Bangplee Leadership Team (BLT) to contribute to site-wide strategic decisions.
  • •Drive the implementation and sustainability of the Reckitt Production System (RPS) with rigorous auditing across production lines.
  • •Oversee VSU Capability Building to ensure new launches achieve target speeds and quality immediately.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of progressive manufacturing experience, with a leadership track record in a multinational environment.
  • •Deep knowledge of TPM, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and VSU/Early Management protocols.
  • •Strong stakeholder management with regional heads, site leadership and cross-functional partners.
  • •Excellent presentation and global reporting skills.
  • •Ability to synthesize large operational data to identify strategic priorities impacting P&L.
