Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and deliver construction projects end-to-end, managing scope, schedules, budgets, contracting/compensation strategies, EHS, quality program, project controls, and change management.
  • •Ensure projects comply with construction management practices and standard operating procedures across multiple disciplines (mechanical, process, bulk gas, electrical, architectural, water, PSSS, IT and I/C).
  • •Partner with customer management and construction project teams; maintain sound knowledge of construction contracts and direct teams accordingly.
  • •Resource plan the project and coordinate integrated plans with Tool Install, Facilities Operations, and Factory to meet project objectives and commitments.
  • •Build and drive a safety culture of caring from front-end planning through construction execution.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field with 9+ years of experience in project/construction management on major industrial facilities and large-scope base build projects.
  • •Experience with contract management, schedule and budget development/management, change control, and construction means and methods using MS Project.
  • •Master's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field with 6+ years of similar project/construction management experience (preferred).
  • •PMP certification is an advantage.
  • •Semiconductor experience (preferred).
