Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive end-to-end delivery of risk and compliance initiatives, including TPRM, from intake through post-deployment stabilization.
  • •Establish integrated delivery plans, milestones, release cycles, and cross-workstream dependencies across concurrent projects.
  • •Own operating rhythm, including cadences, decision logs, action tracking, and follow-through for TPRM project teams.
  • •Manage RAID across the portfolio and proactively surface risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies to leadership with recommended actions.
  • •Develop and execute TPRM PMO communications and produce executive-ready reporting for decision-ready visibility into delivery progress and outcomes.

Salary: USD 88,000 - 121,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Project Management, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • •5+ years in program/project management, PMO, or project delivery management.
  • •Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional transformation initiatives.
  • •Proven RAID (risk and dependency) management and ownership of an operating rhythm.
  • •Strong executive communication and experience with Agile, Kanban, and traditional project delivery methodologies.
