Key Responsibilities

  • •Own global transportation operations from start to finish, ensuring on-time delivery and cost-efficient moves and resolving shipment issues.
  • •Manage and mentor logistics coordinators across time zones, reviewing movements, guiding the team, and assigning strategic projects.
  • •Define, monitor, and report KPIs and SLAs (on-time delivery rates, cost variances, and ticket response times).
  • •Coordinate transport capacity planning and unblock escalations based on team bandwidth and project specialty.
  • •Act as main point of contact for 3PLs and freight forwarders, negotiate contracts/pricing, and oversee billing and invoicing.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in transportation or logistics.
  • •3+ years of experience managing a team.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • •Proven negotiation experience with carriers, 3PLs, or freight forwarders.
  • •Comfortable using ERP systems, Excel/Google Sheets, and data visualization to track KPIs and costs.
