Key Responsibilities

•Own the acquisition pipeline for priority fashion brands in Germany and selected EU markets, prospecting, pitching, and signing strategic accounts that drive category GMV.
•Lead end-to-end commercial closings, from initial outreach through term sheets, onboarding, and the first 90 days of activation.
•Engage C-suite and senior stakeholders to position TikTok Shop as a strategic must-win channel.
•Own ongoing account incubation and growth post-signing, driving sustained GMV growth, seller health, and scaling into additional EU countries.
•Coordinate cross-functionally on content, creator, campaigns, operations, logistics, product, and policy to accelerate time-to-first-sale and ensure major commercial moments deliver impact.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in operations, account management, or a similar field.
•Proven track record in direct acquisition, business development, or strategic sales, personally closing enterprise-level deals or signing major brand/merchant partnerships.
•Experience engaging senior stakeholders and aligning multiple decision-makers to close complex deals.
•Strong commercial acumen, including opportunity sizing, business-case building, term negotiation, and data-driven results.
•Fluency in German is required.
