Job Summary

Provide technical expertise to develop, enhance, and support Oracle Fusion ERP and HCM solutions. Build analytics and reporting using Oracle Analytics Cloud, BI Publisher, and OTBI, and extend Fusion ERP with VBCS. Design and troubleshoot integrations with Oracle Integration Cloud, REST/SOAP, and Fusion adapters, including data loads and templates. Serve as the technical owner for Oracle Fusion ERP/HCM and partner with Service Delivery leadership as part of Applications Management.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide technical expertise to support, develop, and enhance solutions within Oracle Fusion ERP and HCM.
•Develop and support analytics and reporting solutions using Oracle AIDP, Oracle Analytics Cloud, BI Publisher, and OTBI.
•Design and build Oracle Fusion ERP extensions using VBCS.
•Design, build, and support integrations using OIC, REST/SOAP services, and Fusion adapters.
•Support Fusion technical activities including HDL/data loads, BIP templates, OTBI analysis, and interface troubleshooting; act as technical owner for Fusion ERP and HCM.

Key Requirements

•Excellent knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP finance, procurement, projects, reporting, and Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
•Experience implementing or supporting Oracle Fusion technical solutions, including Fusion ERP architecture, security, data model, and business flows.
•Hands-on skills with VBCS for page extensions, business objects, service connections, Redwood/UX customisations, and deployment.
•Hands-on skills with OIC for integrations, adapters, REST/SOAP APIs, scheduled processes, error handling, and monitoring.
•Participated in at least one full lifecycle implementation as the technical owner for Oracle Fusion ERP and HCM, with first/second-line operational support experience.
