Call Center Associate

Engage Canada-based customers with high-volume outbound calls to promote telecom plans, upgrades, bundles, and retention offers. You’ll understand customer needs, recommend tailored solutions, handle objections, and work to daily/weekly/monthly sales targets while delivering a strong customer experience. Maintain accurate CRM records, follow scripts and quality/process standards, and support consultative selling for revenue growth.
