Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform maintenance of facility, equipment, and grounds in a timely and cost-efficient manner.
  • •Complete on-site service and repair of equipment and meet at least 70% of estimated repair times.
  • •Accomplish daily assignments as scheduled and as directed, and perform other assigned duties.
  • •Collaborate with other departments and manage waste generated from work tasks as instructed.
  • •Follow OSHA, EPA, and company safe practices on all work assignments, including completing First Solar Maintenance Technician 1 training program.

Salary: USD 18.56 - 25.98

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • •Associate’s degree in a technical field preferred.
  • •Meet one of the experience paths: 6 months First Solar manufacturing experience, or 6 months outside manufacturing/mechanical/agricultural experience, or military experience, or vocational high school graduate with no experience.
  • •Verifiable technical skills/background and demonstrated troubleshooting ability.
  • •Ability to work with little supervision and follow safe work practices.
